Investigators returned to the scene on Monday on North Pershing Boulevard.
Huge cranes have been brought in to help stabilize the building so investigators can get inside. A nearby Christian center was also damaged in the fire.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is now assisting in the investigation.
