Multi-tasking at work could affect diet

Multi-taskers beware -- researchers say continually changing gears at work could reduce concentration and self-control in other areas of life, including diet.

A study by marketing professors in several universities, found that frequently changing your mind set uses a lot of self-control and apparently that's a limited commodity for many people.

It could lessen your ability to control your temper and eat a good diet.

The study is in the May issue of "Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes."
