Federal prosecutors say 51-year-old Fauzia Lodhi over-insured her Postal Express business, and then set fire to it in May 2006 to collect on her inflated claim. The fire spread, wiping out three other businesses.
Lodhi is out on a $100,000 bond. She faces up to 20 years in jail, a $250,000 fine and restitution.
