ABC7's Vic Lee hung out with "Dusty" at the 10th Annual Redwood City Pet Parade. Dusty's owners call him "Klepto The Cat" because surveillance video caught him stealing piles of belongings from neighbors' homes and then dragging them home.
Dusty served as the grand marshal of the parade, even though he was wearing his prison stripes.
Saturday's parade encouraged people to adopt pets. Dusty himself was adopted from the Peninsula Humane Society five years ago.
