SAN FRANCISCO --
The PETCO pet store chain is threatening to file suit in San Francisco.They are hoping to open a store on Geary Boulevard, but there's a city hall proposal to ban all pet chain stores from this whole area.
Petco says such a ban would be unconstitutional, but the head of the Small Business Commission says, "We'll take our chances on that."
