The baby, 4-month-old Ramy Gallego was reported missing from her Knightsen home over the weekend.
Police found the baby 24-hours later with her paternal grandmother, Erika Gallegeo. She was hundreds of miles away in El Monte.
Gallego faces kidnapping and burglary charges.
