Does Donald Lapre sound familiar to you? You may have seen his infomercials on late night television.

He is facing a 41-count indictment, accused of bilking thousands of consumers. His company pitched "the greatest vitamin in the world." Now, a federal grand jury charged him with selling "worthless home businesses" that market these vitamins over the Internet.

The indictment says he took investor money and promised quick riches that never came. An estimated 220,000 TV viewers lost nearly $52 million.

ABC7's calls to his company found the phone disconnected.

If you lost money, you can report it to authorities.
