The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau officially opens for business on Thursday and will be accepting complaints. Elizabeth Warren is the president's adviser on the new bureau. She said the agency will start out tackling only problems dealing with credit cards.
"We're working with the industry trying to get some actual resolution for people who have problems with their credit card companies. We're going to get that one right and when we do, we'll move on to other products as we go through," said Warren.
