The crash, involving a concrete truck and a green big-rig with a trailer, was reported just south of West Grand Avenue at 9:44 a.m., the CHP said.
One driver reportedly suffered injuries in the crash, and one vehicle leaked oil or gasoline onto the roadway, according to the CHP.
Two lanes of the connector ramp were closed as of 10:30 a.m., the CHP said. It is not known when the lanes will reopen.
