Police say two thieves grabbed a gold chain from the child's mother. They then took the little girl out of her stroller and snatched the gold rings off her fingers.
One of the suspects may be as young as 11, the other is about 20.
The latest robberies follow a string of similar attacks in the past month. Police believe they are related to the high price of gold.
