Crews used a helicopter to rescue the jumper; something they said was incredibly dangerous because of the wind created by the chopper's rotors.
The man hung from his snagged parachute for about an hour before calling 911 from his own cell phone. He wasn't hurt. Police arrested him and booked him into the county jail.
