A wildlife rescue group is zeroing in on an injured red-tailed hawk in Golden Gate Park. Wild Rescue says someone shot the bird in the skull with a nail gun.

The group has spotted the hawk in a tree and is setting out traps to catch the bird so it can be treated.

The group has also put up a $5,000 reward for information leading to those responsible for this case of animal cruelty.
