It's a question that's been around almost as long as cellphones have: Do the devices increase your risk of cancer?

According to a massive new study, the answer is a definite 'no.'

Danish researchers studied more than 350,000 people for a decade and found no difference in people who had used a cellphone for a decade and those who had not.

Critics say the study is flawed and claim millions of people must be followed over several days in order for the study to be accurate.

The study appears in the journal 'BMJ.'
