The recall affects nearly 300,000 "Colorful Hearts" teddy bears.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the stuffed animal's eyes can loosen and fall out, posing a choking hazard to small children.
The bears were sold in the United States and Canada from April to December.
So far, no injuries have been reported.
