The latest incident happened Thursday when a 10-year-old girl said a man asked her if she needed a ride home from El Verano Elementary School. When she refused, the man grabbed her by the arm, but she got away.
Sonoma County says he is suspected in two other similar incidents. He is 5'8" to 6' tall, with average-to-thin build, medium-to-dark complexion, and he speaks English with a heavy Spanish accent. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt with the hood pulled up and jeans.
