He is a white man in his 60s, about 6'0" with a medium build and short gray hair. He was driving a faded red, older model sedan.
Police say the first incident was on March 14th on Tice Valley Boulevard near Crest Avenue. The next day police say he approached her just outside Walnut Creek Intermediate School on Civic Drive.
