A team of volunteers in Southern California rescued a whale that was caught in a 50 foot fishing net. It was an amazing feat of patience and dedication.

Captain Dave Anderson and his team with Capt. Dave's Dolphin and Whale Safari, spent nearly 24 hours working to free the whale. Finally it broke loose and made a deep dive. But, within minutes, the whale surfaced and swam over to its rescuers as though to say thank you, and then took off.
