Officer-involved shooting at bar in San Jose

SAN JOSE, Calif.

The Mercury News reports that the suspect pointed a gun at officers when they arrived. At least one of the officers returned fire.

Police say the suspect, 38-year old Gabriel Lorenzo then surrendered to police. No one was hit by gunfire.
