The shooting happened just before 4 a.m. Saturday while four men were outside a house at the intersection of 28th Avenue and East 16th Street.
Each of the men was hit by gunfire. Of those who were wounded, one victim is in critical condition. Two others are expected to survive.
Police and Crime Stoppers are offering $25,000 for information leading to the arrest of the killer.
