Around 10:45 this morning, a Department of Public Works employee found what he thought was a suspicious package near Channel Street and 3rd Street.
The 100 and 200 blocks of Channel Street are closed. The fire department and bomb squad have responded to the scene and are assessing the situation.Bomb squad investigating package near AT&T Park; Shelter-in-place order issued
