Officials said there was no threat to the community. This comes on the heels of the massive fire at the same refinery on August 6, sending many to the hospital with health concerns. Since then, the refinery has been leaking hydro-carbons, but officials hope to have it stopped today. About 18,000 people have filed medical claims with chevron connected to that fire.
