A big rig traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 101 spilled its cargo of dirt across the roadway in the unincorporated town of San Martin, near the intersection with San Martin Avenue at about 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, according to the CHP.
All lanes of traffic reopened on southbound U.S. Highway 101 at about 3:05 a.m., according to the CHP.
