They thought they had it out, when the fire flared again as crews on the scene were mopping up.
It took them several hours to root out flames that were burning inside the walls.
The fire sent up smoke that could be seen for miles. And that was after crews had it under control.
No injuries were reported. Officials are still unsure what caused the fire.
