Facebook asks users to vote on privacy

Big changes may be ahead for Facebook users unless you act now.

The company wants to be able to share your data with affiliated businesses like Instagram. It also wants to change the way you control who sends you messages.

Facebook users are being asked to vote on the change, but unless 300 million people vote the results will not be binding.

You have until Monday to let the company know how you feel. Facebook has posted a voting app on its site.
