It is the Feline Genetics Laboratory's cat ancestry test. It uses a DNA sample from your cat to determine if your pet's parents or grandparents belong to one of 29 common cat breeds.
The test was developed by the U.C. Davis Veterinary Genetics Laboratory.
According to the lab, the results are 90-percent accurate. But it's not cheap -- the test will set you back about $120.
