Officers say the most recent incident happened Thursday morning near the Equinox Gym on Portage Avenue. The woman who was flashed said a man in his 20s exposed himself.
That was the second such incident this week and it happened less than a half-mile away from the previous incident. Another woman told police she was flashed Tuesday night by someone with a similar description.
