Experts predict worse than average allergy season

Experts say the worst foods for allergies are celery, peaches, tomatoes, and melons. Something in those foods can trigger problems for people allergic to grasses.

Some of the best are salmon and nuts. Foods with omega fatty acids are shown to lower the risk of developing allergies and reducing symptoms

Antioxidants found in the skins of apples and red grapes may also protect against allergies.
