Stanford unlocks weight loss secrets


The report, published in the Annals of Behavioral Medicine tested subjects who were divided into three groups: dieters, exercisers and both.

The study determined that people had more success if they started both at the same time.

Lead researcher, professor Abby King says it comes down to making both eating right and exercising priorities and thinking about both throughout the day.

The group that did both at once had the best outcome.
