Prosecutors are now tying Shirakawa to a fraudlent campaign flyer. The charge is for false personation in connection with a dirty tricks mailer sent out to District 5 voters for a City Council election.
A declaration just released by the Santa Clara County' District Attorney's office says DNA on one of the mailers appears to match Shirakawa's.
