They released a picture of John Anthony Martin.
Police say he got into the building on Piedmont Avenue and wandered through several rooms before sexually assaulting a woman who was sleeping. She yelled and Martin ran away.
Martin is described as 6'6", 280 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
