The camp is located in Tuolumne County, outside of the community of Groveland near highway 120.
A CAL FIRE spokesperson is calling this a "mass casualty incident" with at least 20 injuries.
This is a summer camp for kids and families run by an organization based in San Francisco, but we do not know whether the campers who were injured are from the Bay Area.
A spokesperson for the camp released this statement: "We are still assessing the situation, no children have been injured but there are adults who are injured."
