A Bay Area-wide AMBER Alert has been issued for 21-month-old Daphne Viola Webb, abducted from vehicle parked in front of Gazzali's Market near 79th Avenue and International Boulevard in Oakland Wednesday at 11 a.m.
Daphne is a 21-month-old, black, female, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing orange PJs with pink hearts.
The suspect is an unknown, light skinned, black female. No vehicle associated with abduction.
