Pokey the tortoise disappeared from his owner's Foster City yard earlier this month. Someone found Pokey and told the owner they would leave the tortoise at the Peninsula Humane Society. That person left Pokey outside the shelter and Pokey walked off again and is still missing.
The owner is offering a $100 reward for anyone who can safely return Pokey to the Peninsula Humane Society.
