The white Ford Transit with the Bay Area Community Services logo on it was stolen two weeks ago in Oakland.
The vehicle is one of 12 that deliver meals to homebound seniors in Oakland.
Meals On Wheels staff and volunteers used their own vehicles to deliver meals while the van was gone.
