Tuesday, workers placed the last piece of the outer wheel to the 55-story high roller Ferris wheel.
The new attraction sits at an outdoor plaza across the street from Caesar's Palace.
The massive project can be seen from all over the city, including the airport. The wheel will start spinning early next year.
