Man found after car rolls into Twin Peaks reservoir

SAN FRANCISCO

Authorities say the car was on Twin Peaks Boulevard and rolled down the hillside to Christmas Tree Point Road at the reservoir around 4 a.m.

Police have not been able to speak to the man yet.
