The owner of the bay area oyster company has once again asked a federal appeals court to reconsider his bid to harvest oysters in the Point Reyes National Seashore.
Last year the company's 40-year old lease was not renewed.
Federal judges have already rejected two bids since last November to allow Drake's Bay to grow oysters in the federally protected waters.
