They say Donald Kim was last seen Monday night at bed count and was missing from his room in the morning at the Colonial Acres Care Home on Standish Avenue.
He has dementia and behavioral disturbances. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call the sheriff's department or Colonial Acres Care Home.
