The man who shot it, Marc Wells, lives in Washington, Illinois. The tornado tore through his city destroying almost everything in its path.
In the video you can see the twister coming directly at Wells' house and then everything goes black as he and his daughter stay safe.
Less than one minute passed between the time Wells was outside looking at the tornado and the time he saw his house destroyed. He posted his video online in hopes that more people understand the reality of this disaster.
