All lanes of WB Hwy. 84 reopen after pedestrian fatality

The incident was reported at about 10:20 p.m. on Friday and a Sigalert was issued at about 11 p.m., according to the CHP.

The highway reopened at about 1:15 a.m., the CHP said.
