The lot is at the Manzanita Park & Ride near Highway 1 and Shoreline Highway.
Caltrans is expecting high tides for the week. Water will most likely be sloshing into the lot.
Last year dozens of vehicles were flooded in the lot when a king tide swept over the low-lying area.
The high tides sometimes top seven feet, about a foot higher than normal.
