Southbound Caltrain No. 208 broke down, causing trains to single-track through the area, Caltrain spokeswoman Christine Dunn said at about 7:55 a.m.
All passengers at Caltrain's Belmont, San Carlos and Redwood City stations are asked to board from the northbound platform, Dunn said.
