Greg Spriggs couldn't believe it had happened again when the car went into the pool Sunday morning. Police say 18-year-old David Martinez was drunk when he crashed his car through Spriggs's backyard fence and landed in the pool. Martinez was arrested.
The two minors riding with him were not hurt. Another car did the same thing just six days earlier.
"All my neighbors are saying 'what are the odds?' They keep saying go out and buy a lotto ticket," said Spriggs.
The car that crashed last week was hoisted out of his pool after it was drained.
