Unknown good Samaritan called 911 after man's seizure

Thirty-four-year old Aaron Purmort has been diagnosed with Stage Four brain cancer. On Friday, he was driving home when he had a seizure and blacked out. When he awoke, he found that someone had called 911 and he was inside an ambulance.

The stranger also left a note in his jacket pocket letting him know where his car is parked.

"If I remember right, they said 'he,' but that is the only clue I have," Purmort said. "We decided to post the note and tell the story through that on Facebook."

Purmort's wife speculates that he may have been stopped at a light when he lost consciousness -- no one was hurt and the car had no damage.
