Battle to lose weight may depend on time of day

A survey discovered 84 percent of dieters believe having defined meal times is a key to weight loss.

Breakfast should be come shortly after 7 a.m., with 7:11 a.m. being the optimal time.

Lunch is best enjoyed earlier rather than later; between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m., with 12:38 p.m. being the best time.

And dinner should fall between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., with 6:14 p.m. being best.

A British diet supplement company conducted the survey.
