Police responding to a call at 8:04 a.m. Tuesday about a possible dead person lying on the ground in the 1900 block of Monterey Road found Nguyen there unconscious and not breathing, police Officer Albert Morales said.
Nguyen, whose body had visible injuries, was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders, Morales said.
There are no suspects and no known motive in the killing, which is being investigated by the Police Department's homicide unit, Morales said.
