Power restored to most Mountain View residents, police say

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Firefighters responded to reports of downed power lines and electrical outages Sunday in Mountain View, according to police.
They report that most of the outages have been solved and only a few dozen customers remain without power.
