SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- More proof that housing is out of control in San Francisco: A 265-square-foot studio in Cow Hollow is now on the market for $425,000.
Real estate blog Curbed says it's the smallest dwelling for sale in the city. For 16-hundred dollars a square foot, a buyer will get nicely re-done wood and tile floors, and a remodeled kitchen and bathroom.
It's also a short walk to the Presidio.
