SANTA ROSA, Calif. -- Santa Rosa police have identified the victim of a shooting murder Wednesday night as 27-year-old Reginal Dewayne Burt of Santa Rosa.
Burt was found lying in the roadway near the 1400 block of Townview Drive in east Santa Rosa after police received reports of gunfire around 7:45 p.m., police Sgt. Josh Ludtke said.
Burt was pronounced dead at the scene, Ludtke said.
