Vice President Joe Biden will tour factory in Newark

NEWARK, Calif. (KGO) -- Vice President Joe Biden will talk about health care when he visits a factory in Newark.

This marks the latest stop for the vice president, following a visit to Los Angeles yesterday. Biden will tour a company called Theranos. The Palo Alto-based firm makes in-expensive, blood testing kits.

Some of them can be used at home. Today's visit will also include a roundtable discussion, on how private companies can expand access to health care.
